The Challenge

Warner Homes handles new construction, additions, remodeling, site work, concrete, and landscaping, and coordinates licensed electric, HVAC, and plumbing crews in house. That range is a real advantage, but it is difficult to communicate on a website without overwhelming the visitor. The site also needed to reach homeowners across a spread of towns in southeastern Connecticut rather than a single city.

The Solution

I redesigned and rebuilt the site around a clear service menu, so visitors can identify the work they need without reading through everything the company offers. A four step process section walks through estimate, planning, construction, and inspection to set expectations up front, and an FAQ addresses the pricing and timeline questions that usually come up before someone reaches out. Free written estimate calls to action run throughout, and the local SEO foundation targets Mystic, Groton, Waterford, Stonington, East Lyme, and the surrounding towns.

The Outcome

The site launched with a structure that makes the full scope of the business legible at a glance and gives every page a direct path to an estimate request. It is built to be expanded as Warner Homes adds services or service areas.
